3 Robo Jockeys Appointed to the
United States Air Force Academy

In a single season, three members of FRC Team 5492 earned appointments to the United States Air Force Academy — one of the most competitive admissions processes in the country, with an acceptance rate under 10%. These appointments reflect years of hard work, leadership, and the kind of character this program builds both on and off the field.

Four team members have earned U.S. service academy appointments across the team's history, including three USAFA appointments in 2026. Alumni have also earned numerous full scholarships to top-tier universities — reflecting the academic excellence this program fosters.
